1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts entered into between MEBÚ AGENCY (hereinafter referred to as "MEBÚ") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"). Divergent terms from the Customer will not be recognized unless MEBÚ explicitly agrees to them.

2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded as soon as MEBÚ confirms the Customer's request either in writing or electronically. By submitting the request, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these T&Cs.

3. Services and Deliverables
MEBÚ provides services in the fields of business development, market entry, market research, and sales support. The specific services are defined in the respective contract or offer.

4. Compensation
The compensation for MEBÚ's services is based on the individually agreed-upon price. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Payments are to be made according to the payment terms specified in the contract.

5. Payment Terms
Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of receipt without any deductions unless otherwise agreed. In case of delayed payment, MEBÚ reserves the right to charge interest on arrears at a rate of 5% above the base interest rate.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
MEBÚ undertakes to treat all confidential information of the Customer, which becomes known in the course of the cooperation, with strict confidentiality. The Customer agrees that their personal data will be processed in accordance with MEBÚ's privacy policy.

7. Liability
MEBÚ is liable for damages only if these are caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. MEBÚ is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Further information on liability conditions can be found on our FAQ page.

8. Jurisdiction
For any disputes arising from the contractual relationship, the court at MEBÚ's place of business shall have jurisdiction, provided the Customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.

9. Contract Duration and Termination
The contract comes into effect upon confirmation by MEBÚ and runs until the agreed services are fulfilled. Termination is possible in writing, subject to the agreed notice periods.

10. Right of Withdrawal
If the contract was concluded remotely (e.g., online), the Customer has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

11. Final Provisions
If any provision of this contract is invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. MEBÚ is entitled to change these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer at least 30 days before they take effect.
